Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom printed products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Custom apparel

  • Custom hats

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Custom and Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of personalized, made-to-order, and custom printed products, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

Product Colors and Display Variations

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, mobile device displays, lighting conditions, printing processes, material characteristics, and manufacturing variations.

Custom printed apparel, flags, hats, and other printed products may also vary slightly in print placement, color saturation, garment shade, fabric texture, or final appearance due to the production process.

Minor variations that do not affect the intended use of the product are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
